Floridian Weddings: Glitter, cupcakes, and champagne!
We know you’re going to be spending some major cuddle time with your guy today, but V-Day doesn’t just have to be a day for you and him anymore. Rebecca and Laura of Floridian Weddings styled a shoot that will 1) help you plan an engagement shoot/bridal shower all in one, and 2) make you want to run out to your nearest craft store and buy spools of sequin, and handfuls of glitter. If an intimate simple evening full of sparkles, glitter, cupcakes, champagne, and your ladies sound like a great way to spend a night, you’ll die over what’s to follow! Turn an old can or jar into a sparkly vase by hot gluing strings of sequin around it – easy peasy! We spy some ban.do shoe clips that would make for adorable favors!
This easy to move “Bubbly Bar” is the best! Some fresh raspberry and peach mixes to top off with Cupcake Prosecco? We’re thinking this is now a mandatory feature for all girls night in parties.
A cupcake toast is the perfect way to end the shoot and send you all off on a very sweet Valentine’s Day!

Sweet milk + cookies Valentine shoot: Rebecca + Matt
Milk and cookies go together like Jonathan Adler pottery and (insert any bright color here). This Valentine’s Day shoot styled by Prairie Fair and photographed by Summer Street Photography can not get any cuter - the dominance of white, whimsy details, that luscious pop of red, pottery by Jonathan Adler for that added quirk, delicate anemones, rich parrot tulips, candy hearts, and bow ties. Nothing says I love you quite like homemade cookies and a glass of milk sipped from a red striped straw!

Lovestru.ck Valentine’s Day inspiration
Pop open the pink bubbly ladies! Your mission for today or tomorrow, is to recreate The Campari Kiss, a sweet bubbly cocktail invented by Candace Kalasky’s (of Lovestru.ck Events) husband – a recreational homebrewer and mixologist. When you’re ready for dessert, Candace’s super yum Chocolate Covered Strawberry Trifle is easy and will so perfectly, hit the spot. It combines classic Valentine’s Day flavors in a cute mini trifle cup. Our favorite part of this shoot has got to be the recipes presented in fun animated gifs! Let the inspiration begin!
From Candace: I wanted to use soft pinks and muted reds to create a simple and romantic table setting for two. I was inspired by the beautiful packaging for Mast Brothers Chocolates. The dark chocolate bar’s wrapper perfectly matched my color scheme, and I love how its pattern contrasts with the floral napkins.
