On the Road by Renaud Julian

On the Road by Renaud Julian 2 On the Road by Renaud Julian
In 2012, Paris based photographer Renaud Julian decided to travel alone in North America.  He sought great landscapes, meetings with new people, and adventure.  This series of photos from his trip shows that he accomplished all of that.  Julian spent eight months total on the road in North America, sleeping in his car or being hosted by kind strangers, and of course, taking many photos of his adventure.  He shares pieces of his trip with us via pictures below.

Photographer Alex Ogle captures a year spent living in Hong Kong

Alex Ogle, a Hong Kong-based photographer with AFP, has put together this spellbinding gallery of pictures he took of life in Honkers over the course of a year. The images are rich in character, and carry the viewer through the claustrophobic streets and up high into the hills and rooftops.

adobe max 2013 a creative conference journey adobe tech software review 2013 600x280 Adobe Max 2013: A Creative Conference Journey

As some of you know several weeks ago I had the honor and privilege of being invited to attend Adobe MAX in Los Angeles, CA as an Insider! It was a completely amazing (and creatively overwhelming) experience – While I was there (From May 6th to May 8th) I was taking pictures, meeting awesome new people, taking in all of the information, tweeting, facebooking, and google plussing my butt off – So I gave it a few weeks to let the experience sink in (and got caught up on some work haha) so now I am writing about all the ins, outs, and good times that were had at the conference so you guys can enjoy it too! Ready to take a journey? Come, let us travel.

Easy Slideshow Creator for Photography Lovers

best photo slideshow creator easy photography software review 2013 600x280 Easy Slideshow Creator for Photography Lovers

Even though slideshows are still prevalent (probably more so now than ever) it still isn’t glaringly obvious how to go about creating a nice picture slideshow easily, with all of the options today you may have a hard time putting one together at all! Sometimes you just want an easy way to put pictures of your family, or your recent trip, or just some of your favorite photography that you have taken into a slideshow that can be shared quickly and painlessly with your friends and family.

I recently had the opportunity to test out the Photo Slideshow Creator by AMS Software and I have to say it is a worthy competitor in the slideshow arena. If you are a photographer (or anyone with photos to share!) looking for an easy slideshow creator that will give you a professional slideshow, it is definitely worth a try. I will share my thoughts on this product with you but first lets talk a little about what it is!

Neels Castillon – From Ushuaia to Cuzco

Although Neels Castillon is a video editor and motion designer from Toulouse (France), he has always loved photography. Nature, trips and his relatives are for him occasions to shoot a lot. Last February, he started a road trip in South America with his girlfriend and took more than 3 000 pictures. The trip covers four countries – Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Peru – and includes famous places such as Machu Picchu, the salt desert of Uyuni, the city of Valparaiso, Ushuaïa and so on. Let’s have a glance at it below or on his personal website.
